Why is my order still being prepared?

Depending on the item, it may take some time to process and ship your order. You can check the current status by going to "My Account - Order History."

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be available under "My Account > Order History." You may also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does international shipping take?

For air shipping, it typically takes 2–4 business days to Japan, 3–5 days to other Asian countries, 4–6 days to the Americas, and 5–7 days to Europe. Actual delivery time may vary depending on flight routes, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and weather.

What happens if taxes are charged in the destination country?

Some countries may impose customs duties or value-added tax (VAT) upon import, which are usually the responsibility of the recipient (buyer). If taxes are not paid and the item is returned, return and reshipping costs will also be charged to the recipient. (Please check details on your local customs authority’s website.)

My order shows as “delivered,” but I haven’t received it.

Please check if a delivery attempt was made while you were away. Review any delivery notices, text messages, or emails from the local carrier. If you still can’t locate the package, contact customer service with your tracking information. Some countries do not provide delivery notices.

How is customs documentation handled?

Required customs forms are automatically prepared by the store and sent to the carrier. Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address, and phone number are entered accurately in English (or the local language). Inaccurate information may cause customs delays or returns, and any resulting costs will be the recipient’s responsibility.

Incorrect address or contact information may result in delivery delays or returns. You may request a correction before shipment, but depending on warehouse processing, it may not always be possible. Once the item has been shipped, the destination cannot be changed.

Why is my delivery delayed?
